Riki

A private assistant, used by one person.

Riki is a personal automation running in Shahar Roje's own WhatsApp and Discord accounts. It writes his morning briefings, summarises his team's stand-up calls, opens tasks in his Jira, and puts meetings in his calendar.

This is not a product. There is no sign-up, no other users, and nothing to install. Riki serves a single Google account and always will.

What it does

Which Google permissions it asks for, and why

calendar To create and read events, so the owner can say "book this for Tuesday at four" and so Riki can warn about a clash before booking.
gmail.send To email meeting summaries to the owner. This is send-only — Riki cannot read the mailbox.
